My journey as a mentor in ARMS 2019-20

  Zoom meeting was conducted today on 20th June 2019 sharply at 8pm. We planned to conduct zoom meeting. According to it we took doodle poll. We decided to conduct zoom meeting on Sunday 16 June 19. But due to our transfer process, it didn't take place.  Hence, we postponed meeting and sent message on whatsapp. After that Nisar organised and took lead to conduct zoom webinar. It happened on 20 June at 8pm. It lasted for 1 hour. All the teacher researchers participated. We both were successful to cover all the points which were included in ppt. We introduced arms, objectives, timeline, roles and responsibilities, q and a, and finally introduced teacher researchers profile. Everything went well according to the plan. Teacher reflected very well. Their fluency level is quite well. They could share few challenges of their classrooms. Day 2..  Date: 12 May 2019 The session started sharply at 9.30.. Highlights of the day Reflections and  Q & A The class was devided into groups and was given a task of reflection. Mentors from each group discussed and reflected about yesterday's session. One mentor from each group presented in front of the class. Exploratory classroom based action research   In this session Ravi sir explained many key concepts regarding research using ppt. This was really helpful for us to understand concepts like research, ELT research, teacher research, action research, exploratory action research. Many doubts were cleared. This was really productive session.
