MultiLila event experience: How to disseminate research findings

It was a great honour and pleasure for us to attend Multilila event at English and  Foreign Languages university which is known as EFLU, Hyderabad. This event took place on 10-12Feb & we attended on 11 & 12 Feb. I'm writing this in 2 parts. First, why do we want to attend this event? Secondly, What did we learn? 1. Why do we want to attend this workshop and how we will relate this with our project? This is really a good opportunity for the teachers or teacher educators or policy makers who want to know more about multilingualism in education. Actually, multilingual classrooms are a big challenge for the teachers who teach students speaking more languages. Attending this workshop will certainly benefit us in following ways: We (Nisar &Ashok) are working in ARMS(Action Research and Mentoring Scheme)2019-20 & mentoring 6 teacher researchers to help them in classroom based action research. ARMS2019: Mentoring Teacher researchers

7th SEP Understanding and doing teacher research Seminar on "Mentoring Teacher researchers" This was held in beautiful premises of EFL university, Hyderabad on 7th September 2019.  It was inaugurated by Prof.E. Suresh Kumar (Vice Chancellor, EFLU,HYDERABAD), Dr Rama Mathew, and Jason Anderson   Hon'ble Suresh Kumar sir motivated all the audience to do teacher research by his motivational speech. He shared his struggle for getting an education and how he achieved success of being the youngest vice chancellor in India.   The plenary session given by Jason Anderson and Dr Rama Matthew was an insightful experience for all of us.They talked about understanding and doing teacher research. It was really helpful for us to understand the key ideas about teacher research. It reinforced my understanding and professional knowledge about Exploratory Action Research. First zoom webinar with Teacher Researchers

  Zoom meeting was conducted today on 20th June 2019 sharply at 8pm. We planned to conduct zoom meeting. According to it we took doodle poll. We decided to conduct zoom meeting on Sunday 16 June 19. But due to our transfer process, it didn't take place.  Hence, we postponed meeting and sent message on whatsapp. After that Nisar organised and took lead to conduct zoom webinar. It happened on 20 June at 8pm. It lasted for 1 hour. All the teacher researchers participated. We both were successful to cover all the points which were included in ppt. We introduced arms, objectives, timeline, roles and responsibilities, q and a, and finally introduced teacher researchers profile. Everything went well according to the plan. Teacher reflected very well. Their fluency level is quite well. They could share few challenges of their classrooms. They are very well known about using zoom app. We gave opportunity to everyone to interact. They felt happy to be part of...
